Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are expected to be processed within 8-14 business days. Please note that processing time differs from delivery time. If your purchase includes a pre-order, please allow up to a month for processing.
Orders are sent to shipping couriers Mon-Fri and packages are delivered Mon-Sat. Due to high volumes of orders, particularly during the holiday season, both processing and shipping times may be increased. All changes to processing and shipping times will be communicated via email.
We recommend making any Christmas gift purchases by December 1st. We will do our best to complete as many orders as possible for Christmas Eve delivery, but we cannot guarantee on-time arrival beyond December 1st.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
To ensure timely arrival of your order, please list P.O. box number in the "street address" field of address.
USPS can have difficulty verifying APO/FPO addresses. If your address cannot be verified, a member of our team will reach out to you for alternative formatting. Please be patient, as APO/FPO addresses can sometimes pose a problem with shipping.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the scheduled shipping date (typically the day after your order is processed) and a tracking number. It may take up to 36 hours for a delivery date estimate to appear.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Boxford Comma is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Boxford Comma is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Boxford Comma is happy to offer shipping to every country! Shipping costs, tariffs, taxes, etc. are all the responsibility of the customer. Shipping is calculated at checkout by your location.

Returns Policy
Not happy with your order? Head on over to our Returns & Exchanges page to start the return process.
Unless your order arrives in poor condition, customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. All returns should be sent through USPS. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 15 days of delivery.
Products may be returned for store credit or a refund to the original payment source. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to reflect on bank statements. Customer is responsible for any and all damage to products during return shipment.
Buyer may select a product(s) of equal or lesser value in exchange for their original purchase. If the exchange is of lesser value than the original order, the difference will be made up in store credit or through a refund to the original payment source.
If your product was damaged in transit, Boxford Comma will cover the return costs, as well as offer refund either in the form of store credit or a refund to the original payment source. Photo evidence is required for damage claims.
Purchased a mystery box and have issues with one of the items?
We are happy to replace individual items within a mystery box. If product is damaged, please send photo evidence. Once evidence has been verified, a replacement item will be processed within 2-5 business days. If product is undamaged, but customer is unsatisfied with the contents of their mystery box, unwanted items must be in transit back to Boxford Comma before any replacement items will be shipped.
