On a cold evening, you and your crewmates pass around the finest bottle of rum you can steal and a pipe filled with cheap tobacco. A haze of smoke, alcohol, and musk fills the cabin, only cut by the acidic smell of fresh oranges and a spicy collection of cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves. The wooden ship is soaked with salt water from weeks at sea.
This perfume, like it's scallywag namesake, may not be your cup of tea at first. The bold scent of spiced oranges hits the nose immediate upon wear, but leave this fragrance on your skin for a couple hours and it shifts into a darker scent of rum and tobacco.
Notes: spiced orange, rum, tobacco, and driftwood
This is a perfume oil and does not contain any alcohol. This means that while the fragrance will not fill the air, remaining closer to the skin, it will also take longer to fade. A little goes a lot way with this style of perfume.
I've never really done an advent calendar before, so I don't have a lot to compare this to, but I had a fun time opening little presents every day. My only little critique is that maybe the packaging could be improved for future releases? So that it could be more all-in-one rather than a bunch of packages.
